Event Recaps

Polished and Prepared: Interview Workshop

To start the month our members elevated their professional presence with an interactive interview workshop designed to sharpen communication skills, boost confidence, and provide practical tips for excelling in interviews. From mock interview rounds to tailored feedback, our members left feeling more more prepared to secure their next opportunity.

Your Honor, I Know The Answer!

BWPL members engaged in a lively trivia night, where members tested their legal knowledge and quick-thinking skills through a Jeopardy game! Attendees were able to strengthen their logical thinking skills while actively connecting with fellow members in friendly competition.

Third-Annual Law School Fair

We proudly hosted our 3rd Annual Law School Fair, featuring 60+ law schools from across the country. Members connected directly with admissions reps, discovered potential programs, and explored pathways to their legal futures. This event continues to be one of BWPL’s most impactful initiatives and this year’s turnout set a new standard.

2nd General Body Meeting: Mentorship Reveal & Community Building

Our second GBM of the semester brought excitement and connection as we revealed the first official mentor–mentee pairings of the academic year. Members also enjoyed a preview of upcoming events and engaged in a reflective activity by creating their own affirmation boards, grounding themselves in purpose and self-belief.

Consent is Law: Domestic Violence Awareness Tabling Event

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, BWPL hosted Consent is Law, an interactive tabling experience dedicated to education, reflection, and empowerment. Members learned about consent, resources, and advocacy while supporting survivors and reinforcing the importance of community accountability.

As we move into finals season, we encourage each of you to celebrate how far you’ve come academically, personally, and professionally. BWPL
