"Law and Legacy: A Conversation with HBCU Law School Students" is an event designed to connect undergraduate students with current law students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This panel will offer a unique opportunity to hear firsthand from those shaping the law's future through their experiences at top HBCU law schools.


Our panelists will share their journeys, offering insights on how their HBCU education has influenced their approach to law, the importance of mentorship, navigating the admissions process, and balancing the demands of law school. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on the benefits of attending an HBCU law school, their challenges, and how to succeed as a Black student in the legal field. After the panel discussion, attendees can engage directly with the panelists, ask questions, and receive advice to help guide their path to law school.
